Based in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Fabulux Lighting was founded in 1991 by lighting designer Paul Merwin and specializes in retro-looking industrial fixtures. We especially like Merwin’s wall sconces, which feature cast-aluminum socket housings with a silver-gray powder coat and a choice of diffuse or clear glass globes.
